This is an opportunity for a Senior Health & Safety Manager to join a growing Health, Safety & Security team for a major civils client ensuring the highest standards of safety are met from project delivery to internal processes and procedure. This role is about developing and embedding best in class safety culture across every area of large and complex organisation.
This is an exciting role leading on 2 or 3 major NEC contracts in a position which requires collaborative problem solver to work on analytical solutions to complex construction issues. We need a chartered safety professional or someone with the matching level of qualification to join the team, as you will be leading wider project teams in the delivery of various construction and infrastructure based programmes
One of the key aims of this role is to develop safety culture programmes and influence behaviours at every level of the organisation working with the Head of Health & Safety across quality, assurance and risk management.
This opportunity would be well suited to someone who wants to move into a client-side environment, where they can bring about genuine change within an organisations’ safety culture. This is an urgent role to join part of a growing team in Birmingham, salary range is �48,000 to �60,000 with a substantial benefits package on top.
