Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor to support real estate and planning aspects of major infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This role will focus on title registration, property transactions, and legal support across a growing land portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing property transaction workstreams, including title registration and conveyancing
• Supporting large-scale land and infrastructure projects
• Drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documentation
• Managing title issues, rectifications, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, and legal counsel
• Supporting property-related disputes and litigation where required
• Providing input on governance and legal risk management

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland
• 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in property law
• Strong experience in title registration and property transactions
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage workloads independently and proactively
• Experience in infrastructure or energy projects is beneficial
