We are seeking an enthusiastic person to manage the campaign and communications around our heritage project that seeks to keep Irish history and crafts alive and we'd love you to JOIN OUR TEAM!!! the conservation of Native Woodland in combination with This autumn we will film a historical living experiment in the Medieval roundhouse that we build all with hand tools and natural materials, as seen on Youtube Channel ''Smooth Gefixt''. During the living experience, Julius will be living in the roundhouse in a medieval way for 60 days, without modern technology and distractions. During the 60 days and after we will fundraise for- and give attention to the importance of Native woodland and the interaction between Humans and nature. The money will be raised through the registered charity CELT, partner in this project and goes to local native woodland and bog restoration project. The job is to manage the project behind the scenes, monitoring the fundraising and keeping the communications going with third parties, such as NGO's, special guests and the Media. Furthermore, elaboration of ideas, managing social media, assistance with videography, communications with video editor(s), etc. 

Whilst the job will involve mainly computer/phone work, there will also be opportunities to learn outdoor skills, fieldwork, and meet other interesting people (in the field of wilderness living (bushcraft), sustainable living, woodland conservation, ecology, history, filmmaking, etc.)


• Fluent in English

• Good communication skills (with Media and such)

• Social Media Experience

* Some decent basic knowledge on Reforestation, Rewilding, Climate change & Ecology. 

* Preferably familiar with Irish culture

+ Other Handy skills (bonus):  Videography, ecology and conservation knowledge or/and bushcraft and survival skills.
